In our colourful and inspiring spaces, you can work and have a meeting with your team in rooms for 2-8 people. The room is lockable. If you need a room with just chairs, the rooms are suitable for groups of up to 10 people. When booking a space, tell us your team wishes and we’ll arrange the space just right for your needs. For example, we can arrange the tables into a coherent grouping, bring in conferencing technology, a flipchart, sack chairs or a sofa, or even give you an empty room. The team room is ideal for example for meetings, brainstorming sessions, workshops, hobby clubs, therapy work, yoga groups of about five people or PT coaching.
Each meeting and team room includes:
- tables and chairs for everyone / armchairs / empty room (according to wishes)
- Wi-Fi
- scanning (+printing for a small fee)
- cleaning
- separately available flip- and white board
43″ screen and webcam with speaker microphone available at extra cost.

You can also order lunch or meeting catering for weekdays when booking. You also have access to Ofision’s cosy common areas and cafeteria services.
Team space is a cost-effective alternative to your own office! We do not require a long-term commitment or membership. Come when it’s convenient for you. You can access the premises with a door code, which you will receive by e-mail by 19.00 the day before your reservation.
